A good sturdy aerial and an acceptable replacement for a Pure Move 400D radio
Can't really fault the aerial. Seems well made and sturdy.Pure no longer provide parts for my particular radio, a Move 400D. And, I guess, I'd be lucky to find a perfect generic replacement, but this comes close enough to work acceptably well.The aerial's a little fatter than the original, which doesn't matter at all. It's also a little too short when folded for travel to stay clipped in place, but that can be remedied easily enough by extending the very top section a little.Perhaps most importantly, the tab at the base is a little thinner, meaning I had to tighten the screw with some force to stop the aerial flopping over. This may prove a problem as the aerial wears and perhaps loosens, as I donโt think I can tighten the screw that much more; but only time will tell. For now, at least, it's a pretty good fix.
