I got the 13mm belt for all of the support I can get. I hurt my lower back doing deadlifts and stopped doing squats, deadlifts and bent over rows for a while until I got this belt. I have a 34 to 36” waist depending on the brand of pants and the medium fits nice and tight like it should. I’m back to doing squats and bent over rows again but still sketchy on heavy deadlifts. I’m doing them, just not too heavy until my back is 100%. Without this belt I wouldn’t be doing any of them. I tried a thinner Velcro belt but it wasn’t enough. I love the easy clasp system they have. It pinches sometimes until you get used to putting it on and then it’s easily avoidable. Performance wise I love this belt, price wise I found it to be more than reasonable for the quality and as aesthetics go, I think it’s a great looking belt with a cool logo embroidered onto the leather. All in all I’m very happy with this belt and will be for many years.

A great quality belt so far. Based on measurements I could've probably gone w/ Lg vs XL. Still works great. Compared to my old, old school leather belt, my deadlift and squat have taken off! Lifting more than ever before. Might get the Lg just to have an extra one. Highly recommend, great product for the price.

Actually ordered 2 by mistake but they shipped quickly and arrived at the same time. Took one out of the box and the zipper immediately came off the bag. Took the other belt out of the box thinking I must have gotten a bad one, and the zipper came off that bag too. Can’t speak to the belt itself yet, but hopefully it performs better than the zippers on the bags did. Will update later.

Strong, durable and suitable medium

This is my first weight lifting belt I've bought. I talked with my Personal Trainer (PT) and other PTs about what features I should look for in a good, quality weight lifting belt. This product was PERFECT in every respect - Leather (for durability), 13 mm thickness (the thicker, the better), and a metal clasp which pulls the belt in more tightly around my mid-section for core bracing. I used it for the first time this weekend doing my squats. The belt bracing my core gave me the confidence to go as deep as my body would physically could go! I would highly recommend this product to others, too, whether seasoned weight lifters or relatively newbies such as myself. You WON'T be disappointed! Though more expensive then other belts, I couldn't be more happier than I am with this one. You definitely get what you pay for (more advice from my PT and PT advisors)!

Great belt, the materials used seem to be of good quality and durable. The buckle on the other hand did not hold up and broke after the second time of using the belt.

I liked the design of the belt. The color and texture are great. I was advised to measure myself at a certain area of my body where the belt would sit but then when I got it I found I only fit it on the last smallest measurement. This means I coulda ordered a size smaller and been fine. I’m not sure why that happened.

La calidad es muy buena y la estabilidad que otorga no tiene comparación (a menos no con las fajas blandas y más tradicionales) me encantó lo único que agregaría sería un pequeño instructivo a la hora de armar la palanca aunque por intuición nse logra .

Me gustó mucho es la primera vez que uso una faja y la verdad es que ayuda mucho en el levantamiento,es muy gruesa y resistente y fácil de usar lo único malo que tuvo es que no tiene instructivo y es que yo no sabía cómo se armaba así que tuve que mirar un vídeo en Youtube para ponerle su broche metálico.
