Such a beautiful piece of work. The image of our beloved pet looked wonderful. Not pixelated at all. The scribe is beautiful, sturdy. My only complaint is how small it turned out and how long it took to ship. Only because I loved my sweet boy so much was I so impatient. It's just so well done I ordered another with a different picture for myself as the original was for my dad. We wanted this to mark his grave outside but it's just so sweet that we are keeping it inside and ordering another for outside. We are impressed. If you're here, I'm sorry for the loss of your sweet pet. We are so glad we have this memorial.

First issue, the delivery driver placed it in the mailbox rather than the porch, so I believed it may have been missing originally.Secondly, the back has 3 adhesive strips I wasn’t aware of, exposed bare metal that is stretched, cracked, and susceptible to corrosion, the edges have bubbling and stretched off paint, and the whole thing *almost* feels cheap. It feels like I could snap it in half.Thirdly, the font??? NOTHING like the preview when customizing! It’s hardly legible along the bottom!! Why even bother putting it as an option even with the disclaimer it may not look exactly like the preview? I expect MINOR deviations, not whatever this is.Highly dissatisfied! The only plus was the customer service who offered 50% refund and did not want the item back (since it is customized).

I got this for my beloved cat Willie. He was a street cat and when I found him he was in rough shape but he would not let me get near him, but after a couple of weeks I gain his trust and he was all over me following me everywhere. As a responsible pet owner I brought him to the vet to have his blood work done his shots, flea treatment but his blood work came back with him have FELV which is not curable and contagious to other cats if they share body fluids. So I made him comfortable outside bringing him indoors when the weather was bad in another room. This cat never felt love from a human in his entire life about 5 weeks ago he got sick took him to the vet which he had a upper respiratory infection I kept him with me inside with my other cats but none of them ever got close, but shortly after his illness he lost so much weight and he went blind but he would not give up he wasn’t in pain he ate and drink water and he would sleep curled up next to me every night and he died in his sleep right next to me. He was just an lonely oled street cat that loved the fact that a human would love and cherish him through his final days this plaque is my gift to him that when he left this world one person on earth loved him very much. The craftsmanship is impeccable and I am so happy to find this on Amazon.
