I have used the dock for a couple months now and it works very well with my setup. I keep my dual monitors, wireless keyboard/mouse, webcam, and USB-C conference speaker connected to the dock full time, and I still have a free USB-A port if I need it. The “host” cable (USB-C to USB-C) connects to either my NUC or my Surface Pro 9 and brings everything over with it seamlessly. While connected to my Surface Pro 9 it also charges the device, albeit more slowly than the dedicated charger that came with it. The dock has simplified my desk setup and cable management and allows me to move from my NUC to my Surface quickly and easily, depending upon my needs. The ONLY reason it didn’t get 5 stars was because it doesn’t charge my Surface at full speed with everything else connected. I’m very happy with this dock and would recommend it.

I work on a child's desk because I don't have room for a full-size desk. This product has allowed me to hook up two external monitors and confidently store the laptop in the corner which opens up enough room for me to take notes.Without this dock, I was unable to take notes because my laptop would take up most of the desk. If you are looking to create some space on your desk this is the product for you!!!!Functionality-wise, I have not run into any problems and it is very easy to use. FYI - I did have to change a setting on my computer so it would run while close but that has nothing to do with this product.

Previous dock with a similar feature set to this one recently broke. So I was looking for replacement and found this one. I wish I had found this one in the first place. This one has more connection types and includes a power supply which the previous dock did not. Also, all the ports are clearly labeled and since it has a power supply there is not need to guess which USB-C port is supposed to be used for power vs connecting to the host computer. I connected this to my PC and everything was detected immediately on Win11 without any need for troubleshooting or configurations. It just worked out of the box. Monitors were detected immediately when connected to this dock and I can confirm it supports very high resolutions natively over the USB-C connection. No need for displaylink. My gaming laptop is a little thick so it quite fit inside this with the rubber bumper in place. So I removed it and my laptop fits perfectly now. I would recommend making the opening a little wider or the bumper a little smaller to accommodate thicker laptops. 4.5 stars. would recommend.

It's a good product. I still have to use my power cord for my laptop. The charger that comes with it charges the dock.

I needed a dock for the office and wanted to mething that would allow me quickly get to my computer and found this. I literally do not even need to open my laptop anymore when I get to the office. I just plug it in and get right to work; very satisfying.The build appears to be a solid piece of aluminum, not sure if it was machined or molded but definitely one piece.So far so good on the ports. I plugged everything in and it worked like a charm. I have two 27" monitors and a Logitech receiver for a mouse and keyboard. All worked without any troubleshooting.One thing I noted on this dock is that the power supply powers both the dock AND the laptop, which is a really nice feature. Some of the other docks I checked are not like that.

Product was easy to set up and instructions were very useful.

I would like to say that this docking station exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical at first due to the "closed lid" scenario that maybe I would cause problems turning it on but for my Dell Inspiron 16 was a great addition. Can't complain. Best part was that I didn't had to install any drivers and I was able to do my work without issues or hiccups.

I wanted a docking station with a few extra ports. This is perfect slip and out of the way. Connected my duel monitors seamlessly.
