Can you dissolve these in a little bit of juice and take it that way?

Yes you can. I'm a pharmacist and we allow this in the hospital. No problem at all. But if you're going to crush it, might as well save lots of money and crush the regular tablets. My 6 year old take it that way whenever we run out of dissolve tabs.

Does this chewable Zyrtec contain an artificial sweetener as an ingredient?

I am not sure, check all the chemicals under "Inactive Ingredients". It is actually not that sweet.

Can you cut a tablet in half to just use 5 mg vs 10 mg?

I cut the tablet in half to decrease side effects from Zyrtec such as drowsiness and dryness. I'm not sure if you should think of it as literally 5mg.
