How easy is this building to assemble?

Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre-assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!

How is the building delivered?

Our sheds and summerhouses are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For convenience, the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily manoeuvrable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood are delivered in separate.

Will I need planning permission for this building?

No planning permission is needed if under 2.5m, unless it covers 50% of your garden or is in the front yard. Rules vary, so check with your local council before buying a garden building.

What is the difference between Spray Treated and Pressure Treated?

Spray Treated: Sheds and summerhouses get a golden brown spray treatment for transit but need post-installation and annual maintenance. Pressure Treated: A deeper treatment resists rot, decay, and termites for long-lasting durability.
