Reliable item for a good value. Used in professional CCTV system, and i have no issue with it whatsoever for now.

Used item supplied - has 2368hours on it.
I was suspicious when the drive arrived in non-antistatic bubble wrap. Nevertheless, I proceeded to install it an power on my system (UDM Pro). I was shocked to see that it had already been running for 2368 hours - this is not a new drive. Item returned.

Not fit for purpose
Connected the the hard drive to the dvr the drive started to star up and spin . It then started to make a scratching sound, Also wouldn’t recognise the hard drive. I then put back in my old hard drive and it worked just fine

DRIVE FAILED WITHIN MONTHS / NO PRE PAID RETURN
I purchased 4 drives and 2 failed in 4/5 months WD do not even send a pre paid label for their faulty product.
