We had an extremely matted German Shepherd and this was able to go thru the matting without bothering the dog or irritating him!

These shears are very large, powerful, loud, and intimidating for use on my shih tzu dog, so my son is working to get familiar with them. He says they are what we need to groom our dog, so time will tell whether they serve our intended purpose or not. 100% sucked waste of time and money

Awesome , cut my poodle/terrier Perfect! He is sooo happy. This product cut my by-monthly grooming bill to zero.

Clippers work well & can cut through matted hair easily but are loud & must be careful since they get very hot fairly quickly & can burn animal. With this a haircut takes waaaay too long. Cut... Stop & Let Clippers Cool Down... Then REPEAT, OVER & OVER.

They seems to be ok. They are big and kinda loud. Seems to get louder as you use them. The blades do get hot. So you Have to keep them clean and lubricant during use.

I bought the clippers for our Great Pyrenees (dog), she did not like the sound, so we took it slow, one sweep with clippers removed so much fur. The clippers are definitely heavier than the original dog clippers I first bought but worked amazing, her fur is so thick and long and poor thing was panting in 70-degree weather. She is so much happier, and I can now see ticks on her instead of finding them on my couch! Great clippers and well worth the money.
