Great Product
I initially had an issue with the scent (wasn't strong enough). I spoke with the vendor and made some more adjustments to the working and pause section of the app and it is now working. The working is now set a longer duration while the pause has been lowered. The scent is present but not overpowering, which I love. Great customer service and product!

Waste of money.
You have to hold your head over the machine to smell it. Scent does not go beyond it at all.I paid a professional to hook up three of these to three different hvacs in my home and in three months time we haven’t noticed a good smell running through when I’ve turned them on. I then moved them downstairs to different rooms and you still can’t smell them. I’ve wasted hundreds on oils in them too.

Works great
Works great after you get a hang of the app, its hard to calculate when your air will be running and set the machine up to run at the same time. I'm still trying to get the amount right.

Excellent Customer Service and machine
After routine regular maintenance I was having some issues with my machine. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely amazing and were able to sent me a new machine and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this product. The customer service on it alone is worth the purchase I love the app on the phone that you can change the amount of pause time and active time and it is so easy to use and fill.
