Very stiff and uncomfortable
Very stiff, rough and uncomfotable. Does not feel like memory foam.

Nice enough, but a bit think for me
I like a rather thin pillow, and this pillow is wonderfully comfortable, but just a bit thicker than would be perfect for me. I would love a version that is ~1cm thinner (3/8") to be pedantic. Even with that wish, I'm still using the pillow ever since I bought it. It is the perfect thickness for laying on my side, just a bit too thick for laying on my back. Choose what's the most important position for you.

Demasiado suave para dormir de lado.
La forma de la almohada es muy buena pero el material es demasiado suave para dormir de lado, pues la cabeza se inclina demasiado al no tener buen apoyo y por lo tanto no se mantiene la línea recta que deben tener las vértebras cervicales. Creo que mejor la usaré como cojín de asiento.

Exceeded expectations!
I have had a rhomboid issue for almost a year, with sometimes stabbing pain and spasms. I have ongoing neck issues also and I am a side sleeper. I wanted to try a supportive pillow, designed for people with these issues. Many are very expensive! I decided to try this one, based on reviews and approachable price point. I loved it from night one! Your head is cradled comfortably and your neck is properly aligned. You instantly feel comfortable—no plumping traditional pillows trying and failing to get a comfortable spot. Believe it or not, my shoulder issue is VASTLY improved! My husband tried mine one day for a nap and when he got up, ordered his own. I can’t imagine sleeping on a regular pillow again. The cover comes off easily and washes and dries nicely. Do yourself a favor and get this pillow!

Found my comfort match
Let me start by saying that I have a hard time finding the right pillow that fits my picky likings. I used to go over 6 different pillows at home because I cant get comfortable enough on any of them. I had them all around my bed, keep changing them. I came across this pillow on amazon and I decided to give it a try. I am not usually a memory foam advocate for pillows because they sink. When i slept on it I instantly felt the difference. It doesnt sink in!!! The hole thats in, actually helps absorb the pressure from the head’s weight and offer support to the neck and head surrounding the middle. I loved this pillow, it litterarly helps me sleep better and wake up with the same head position i slept in, not sunk in! Its comfortable and dreamy, I have been using it for 3 weeks straight now with no more switching around with other pillows because I don’t need it!
