replacement parts, I was trying to install the brakes and the screws broke off and I cannot attach the brake safely. Can I receive more screws?

I would write the seller. I assume they will replace defective parts. But it might be quicker and very inexpensive to take one of the screws (or just their dimensions; I think you'll find that in the instructions) to the hardware store. They don't strike me as something rare, or more than a $1 or 2 to replace on your own, if even that.

How do you turn the lights on ?
