The paw prints in the strainer are just the sweetest thing! It looks well made and it has a nice feel. I just don’t know how long the white will stay white but so far no regrets!I wanted a cute tea set for work where I didn’t have to look at an ugly metal strainer. I also didn’t want to bring a tea pot to work and would have to wash more things all the time. This set is perfect, tea for one and it’s so cute to boot.Some tea does escape through the strainer but I don’t mind it at all. I love loose tea rather than tea bags.

Bought this as a secret Santa gift for a coworker who loves tea and cats. It is beautifully made, and the details are adorable.

I purchased both white and black cat cups. Both are easy to hold. They hold a generous amount of liquid and clean up without tea stains. I personally hand wash them.I do find one problem-when using loose tea, many of the tiny tea particles do fall through the ceramic strainer into the cup, and at the end of your drink, you could read the tea leaves. This is not a terrible problem. The strainer does hold a good amount of loose tea. I now use the cute pawprint ceramic tea strainer that came with each cup for tea bags. I use another, fine mesh strainer, which fits into these cups, part of other tea items I have, for my loose tea, and now no tea particles in my cup. The cat ear tops keep your hot liquids hot, and they do a wonderful job of holding the strainer as it sits and drains off any excess liquid. They are easy to clean.Suggestions for the manufacturer, either not have holes in the bottom of the strainer or make them even smaller than they are now or change to a fine mesh strainer. I do so like the cute paw prints on the sides of the ceramic strainer, after all, I am a cat lover.

I love this mug! It is durable, cute, and it’s very easy to make my tea.
