Best plant protein for sensitive gut..
After using so many known brands I got struck to this cosmix plant protein ...it's very lgt on my gut , no bloating & no constipation too.. This is my 2nd time purchase ... Happy for this brand 💯💜

Be careful
It was recommended by my dietician and as it was ALL NATURAL, I went for it. It gave me breakouts all over my legs and mouth. Had to throw it away. I would say it is best to stick to protein from food as we never know what actually goes inside these things and what Long term damage it might cost us.

Bland, not worth it
I tried Cosmix trial pack due to the hype.. I didn’t like it. It’s texture is like thick aata (While carbamide forte was powder). No digestion or heavy feeling issue. Taste of vanilla flavour was bland so I added coffee n jaggery. Too expensive.. not sure if other flavour would be better.
