My son loves this jacket but buy bigger size than you think

This is a nice jacket but it runs too small. I returned it and ordered a larger size, and the seller only gave me a 50% refund on the return without any explanation. I filed an Amazon A to Z claim and after two weeks of no action, I filed a claim with my credit card company. No after two months my credit card company denied my claim. DO NOT EXPECT THIS SELLER TO HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

The XXL is actually a large and you should put a tag with the size inside of jacket

I returned this item because it was too small 2 months ago. And I never received a refund. The seller won't respond to me, and amazon hasn't been much help. Now they have the jacket and my money.The jacket itself is ok. The sizes run small, and the arms are strangely short.
