Easy to use and has helped strength my fingers. I use it on both hands to keep the other ones from getting weak. I fell and broke my wrist and had a cast on for what seems like a long time. No movement caused problems in my hand and fingers. I have let a friend try it that has arthritis. Hopefully in time it will help there. They liked the way it felt.

I purchased this grip exerciser as a strength rehab tool. It out performs my expectations. Individual fingers are given the same resistance and length of travel, unlike other designs of hand exercisers. Each finger gets 3 pounds of resistance. The palm side has three more springs. You can work individual fingers or your entire grip. I intend to purchase the 7 and 11 pound versions of this type of exerciser. I highly recommend this.

I got these and used them the first day a lot. Then it's waned. Honestly, with the parts all being separate it makes it feel very cheap. not to mention you can pinch yourself pretty good with these. I think there are better ones on the market.Overall these do get the job done.

Cheaply made. Very noisy to use. Having springs on top and bottom defeats the purpose of having individual springs for fingers, since they're less flexible than the palm-side spring.

Bought this to help with hammer-ons on guitar (mostly for Dueling Ninjas -Trace Bundy). I've improved in the short 2.5 weeks that I've had it. I take it with me everywhere - class, walks, longboarding, rollerblading, going to the mall, etc. It's pretty handy (Ha! :D)For anyone looking to strengthen their fretting hand, this is it. Just make sure you rest your fingers from time to time.Start to feel it heavy in my forearms after a while.

I purchased this product for my daughter. Her grip strength was very weak and her OT recommended a grip strengthener. This product is nicely made and it perfect for what we need.

Not well made and flimsy springs. The individual buttons stick and bend to the side when I press down. Great tension, though. It somewhat does the job.
