does it bring batteries?

The ones that I received had batteries.

What kind of batteries, are they replaceable?

We gave them away as favors, so I can't check the size, but they are replaceable.

what is the total size and the total weight of the package containing the 16 pieces?

They are very light. The box was probably about 5 x 7 inches.
