Study but very light weight ladder
I am a 57 year old woman and I find this ladder easy to carry around to different locations and to use it. I have used it in painting my bathroom, in cleaning and sealing my gutters. I took it out back for my neighbor to use to trim my tree limbs that sagged after a storm. It is light weight and easy to carry. It seems sturdy enough that I felt safe using it. My only critizism: The buttons to lock and unlock the joints are difficult to move back and forth. They are very short metal stubs that tend to slide back and forth from the right to the left. I found they need to be exactly centered in order to slide them to the lock and unlock positions. I cannot do this with one hand. They are hard to press with arthritis in your fingers. If they were a little longer and coated with a softer material this would be the perfect ladder for anyone to use!Addition: I've had this thing for quite some time! I just discovered that I don't have to try to push those little buttons to fold and unfold the ladder! There are actually small levers that you pull on the other side of the frame! I was trying to do it the hard way! Now I love this ladder more than before! Why didn't I notice those little levers before??!!

Broke while I was on it - Fell onto driveway !!!
Description says it holds 330 lbs. I am 229 lbs and the ladder sheared just past a joint and dropped me sideways onto the driveway. It was in the 12 foot extension ladder configuration, the joints were locked, and I had it properly stabilized. It just could not handle my weight it appears. This might be ok configured as an A frame step ladder, but I’d would never trust it as an extension ladder unless you are 75 lbs.Buyer beware !!!

You get what you pay for -- sometimes less than you pay for as in this case.
This multi-position ladder was definitely the best price I'd seen, but either the one I received is defective or it's poorly constructed. The ladder sections lock in place by pins that are supposed to move between an open and locked setting. I've tried for four days now to move the pins in every section and they absolutely will not budge. The instructions enclosed with the ladder are about as poor as they can possibly be. There's no way I can figure out what I may be doing wrong based on the poor instructions but I really believe the problem is a defective ladder and not me.

pretty good ladder... not complicated to use..
initially bought the ladder for work...received it fast.. well before the date specified..had a problem that they solved rather quickly... very impressed... Its not a heavy duty ladder.. So I wouldn't recommend commercial use. But light enough in weight and for the average home owner to use.....one suggestion to the manufacturer...include a clip to keep it from popping open when you pick it up....Had to wrap a bungee cord around it as every-time I picked it up it sprang open... then you had to go about popping the latches to close it.....gets frustrating..like wrestling with an octopus...

Pull the lever, Kronk!
I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 115lbs, and I can haul this ladder wherever I need it. It gets a bit difficult if it's extended, but not unusable.I bought this while is was on sale, and the stabilizer bar had the hole drilled wrong, so it's unusable until I take a drill to it.That said, I saw many reviews talking about how hard it was to change positions because they couldn't find the lever to make it easier. I thought I was clever. I thought I would find it, and I did... After a couple of days of sore fingers.Take my gift of the mystical lever location and save your fingers.

Probably the best thing I have purchased in a long time!
This ladder is EXTREMELY useful! I use it most in the platform and the stair ladder positions. It is most certainly worth the money! A word of caution! Make sure your levers are LOCKED! It seems obvious but sometimes you do have to give a little “jiggle” to make sure it locks in correctly. Also, not super light or super heavy. I am 5’ tall and weigh 105lb and am able to easily change the positions of the ladder and carry the folded ladder down and back up our basement steps. I would highly recommend this product!

Came with broken plastic feet.
This item came to be with cracking damaged plastic pieces on the feet. Other than this the ladders extending mechanisms work and are relatively easy to use to change the ladders position. It was able to hold 244lbs of weight 10 feet up in the air so it definitely works. Disappointed that it came with broken pieces but it doesn’t significantly impact use so I’m not returning it.

Great Ladder
I like that the ladder folds up for easy storage, plus the adjustable heights make the ladder very versatile.
