This device arrived safely, in a timely manner, and the packaging was good. My wife bought it hoping it would make food preparation easier on her arthritic hands, but it was too harder for her to hold it together and feed the hopper than it was to just chop things up by hand. Also, the motor was too weak even on a full charge to cut anything but small pieces, and even then they would often get hung under the blade and the motor would stall. She decided that if she was going to have to slice everything into slender pieces and then take the device apart after only a few seconds of use to dislodge a chunk stuck under the blade, then it was just more trouble than it was worth.

Did not like at all. Certainly doesn’t work like it shows in the video.

The blades provided do not fit onto the hand held device. Fall off right away so this is simply useless. Cheaply made. Disappointed.

changing the cutting devices is impossible.

DON’T BUY!!! This product is cheap and defective!The blades turn the opposite way of the cutting edge so if you insert food it hits the blunt side of the blade and instantly stops! There is no way to turn the disc another way in the unit. And trying to get a refund is a HUGE HASSLE!!! Terrible product and seller.
