I have purchased these before but it’s been a while. These are all 100% pure and natural. They have a lot of health benefits. If you haven’t tried them before just know they are similar texture to almonds but some are bitter. Not all of them but some are. For the health purposes it’s worth the bitterness. The packaging is good quality and simple. I love these and we will definitely purchase again.

Bitter taste but really good. My mom is sick and I have been giving them to her, she likes them and she said it helps her with her bowel movements.

Very nice quality. Clean and fresh! I enjoy that they added a small ebook about Bitter Apricot Seeds and i suggest everyone to read it. It was good to read that you should start out with 2 seeds a day and see how the body handles it. Im new to these, so this information was helpful! I had one this morning ground up in my smoothie. No concerns so far. Im excited to see how these little power houses will help ! I appreciate the good quality of these and how fresh they are! I like that they are certified organic and have a lot number to reference, in the even of needing too. You also get SO many in the bag! Almost finished with my second bag. I’ve been eating these kernels for a couple years now. This brand is pretty good but not as bitter as previous brands I’ve eaten. I’m going to try another brand next time so I have something to compare to. My only complaint is I found two kernel look-alike STONES in my bags! The first one I bit down on before realizing it was a ROCK. IT HURT. I thought I broke a tooth. See photo. The one on the right is the stone. Since biting the stone I now carefully test each kernel by chewing slowly. I’m no fool.

I received my order today and immediately opened and ate 3 they kinda have an almond feel and texture they taste good to me yes you get that bitter taste but it's like a one second punch and not that bad after seeing videos online and peoples testimonies I was impressed I ate 3 today but tomorrow I will slow down to 1 then increase to 2 a day to 3 gradually I would personally suggest this due to how strong the seeds are let your body get use to it 1st Bag is big you get a lot of kernels I could share some
