Directions are so poorly written--unable to follow them
The directions are def. written by a non native English speaker--filled with grammatical errors that make following them impossible.Not user friendly, at all.When I tried to download my file as an MP3--I got an encrypted message--would not allow me to save the file.I'm returning this and getting something that might cost more--but works.
