I love this ointment. Both of my kids use this. This definitely helps with any redness. My son tends to have a problem so I use a lot of this by his bottom and it really helps clear everything up. Every time my daughter has a little redness or anything it clears it up within a day or two. I was told to buy this through a friend of mine and I’m so happy I did. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. Excellent ointment for kids with sensitive skin as well.

This is the best diaper cream. My four month old is prone to a rash around his neck from all the drool he produces from teething. Bibs can’t keep up with this kid, so we need to treat a drool rash pretty frequently. This triple paste is amazing. After just one application, any rash he has is much improved. It is pricy, so we only use it when he actually has a rash somewhere rather than as a preventative, but it is worth the expense for how quickly it works.

My little one had a painful rash, and this ointment worked wonders, clearing it up quickly and soothing them almost instantly. Best baby ointment I've ever used. When my daughter has diaper rash, I apply it one day and the next day it's better. It's creamy, thick and easy to spread. I've used others that are more liquid or that stick to the skin and don't spread at all. But I really recommend this one, it's the best in texture, spreadability and durability. It lasts a long time. I like the tube because it's easier to apply and less contaminated.

My daughter had bleeding diaper rash from a long term antibiotic. This eased the redness overnight! It really worked absolute wonders for her. Goes on thick and leaves an excellent moisture barrier to allow for healing. Very pleased with this. Recommended by SEVERAL folks as the holy grail of diaper cream.

Repeat buy over and over again. This is the only thing that soothes my baby’s diaper rash. Great preventative and healing ointment. Doesn’t smell, absorbs well, doesn’t leave skin greasy, and soothes quickly. Quality surpasses desatin by a mile.

This is a great product for diaper rash. I would have given it 5 stars, but chose not to because when I received the last order, one of the boxes was opened and the protective seal was already peeled back. I tossed the product in the garbage. I wish I had returned it, because the company probably would have sent a new one to me.
