Milani Color Statement Lipstick - Sangria (0.14 Ounce)

For Burnt Red. Glides on nice and smooth, gives a dewy look and lasts a good bit too. Someone gave it a poor review saying it was rated six on the environmental working group’s ratings. So I looked it up because I wanted this color and it wasn't true. It’s rated a three, with no parabens and no toxic ingredients. It actually has very high ratings.. Love the way this compliments my skin tone, and love the price.

I don’t have good luck with online lipstick colors, but this one is perfect “burnt red,” #87. Reddish and very rich color. The matte does not look dry and feels creamy. Didn’t care for the initial fruity (?) taste but it immediately goes away.

The color is flattering, a deep brownish mostly red. Feels good on the lips. Tube is pretty. Yet since I searched for "matte lipstick," it was very disappointing that it wasn’t matte - but my mistake for not thoroughly reading the description. Also not very long lasting. In about an hour the color had already faded & very soon needed to be totally reapplied. Don’t like having to continually reapply to have its nice deep initial color in place.

I like this color a lot and it works well as a lipstick. I use it more as a stain to rub in instead of applying it all over my lips. The drawbacks I see are it feels a little dry and it doesn't smell particularly nice. It smells like cream but not in a pleasant way?

not the brick red i was looking for but still smooth and good color. compliments my pale skin nicely. as you can see in the last two photos the lipstick itself saw some humidity but it came to me in central florida, so that’s an expectation at this point lol. the last photo shows the lipstick is unevenly placed so it bumps the tube but not too much for it to be an issue. included a swatch, i’m a cool/pink toned fair skinned woman. slightly buildable as well
