Once you get past the stench of it I have fired this thing up about 30 times and still smells like the first time and is awful. Smell lingers for hours after being turned off. But the quality of it is great, the color is great, works well and maybe just a tad too well as the heat I have had to drop down just a few degrees to ensure it no burning on the cups.

Worked great in the beginning but then stopped heating for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend since it stops working and the company claims it has to do with the number of uses. For what I paid I should have gotten ALOT more uses out of it. Now I’m stuck buying another heat press. Just keep looking and buy a better one. The sleeve starts bubbling as well!

I was hesitant to purchase since there wasn’t so many reviews but all 7 of them were good reviews and there was a coupon for the mint press so I took a chance. Lol SO freaking happy I did. Best investment ever. My cups come out so perfect!!!! Its so pretty to and works amazing. I’ve done about 20 cups already and they’re all perfect. So happy with my purchase.

Great working press but smells really bad when turned on! Have to keep all windows open and fan circulating air

I was struggling with my 5 in 1 mug press to not have ghosting so I searched and found this mug press. I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. My tumblers are perfect and I don't even have to tape the bottoms or tops. Glad I took the chance.

Got a year ago this month and it stopped heating up. I also can't find any info to contact them.

The media could not be loaded.  it was awesome when it worked. but after about 3 months of casual use it decided it don't want to heat up past 80 degrees. I unplugged it, unplugged the heating element plugged it all back in. turned it on and off. changed the temp to a higher degree its set at 375 I pumped it up to 400 still no change in heating temp. The machine shows its "heating" but does not. I have tumbler orders I need to fulfill and this is putting a damper on my business! NOT COOL! Anyways I was smart enough to spend the extra $30ish and get a warranty so we thank goodness for that! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this tumbler press! I did not buy it for the "extras" the gloves were to small, I didnt use the sub paper I use Asub paper.

Ok for the money. Not a well built product. After less than 30 uses it’s uneven and loose. Which makes for ghosting on the ends.
