Perfect for the shoulders
If you have bad arthritis or have tears in your shoulder and can't put a bar behind your neck, this bar is perfect. I have permanent damage to my shoulder and couldn't do squats anymore, bought this and I'm back in the game, plus it aids in moving pressure from your lower back.

Best quality for the price
I did my reserch for the safety squat bar, and this was my main go to, I knew the company, but geez this bar, for this price is a steal !! Jump on it, did most of my PRs on that bar and it is still holding on pretty well!!
