Food Grade Silicone Tube 3/8 inch Electrical Water Heat Resistant Hose for Wine Making ID 10mm OD 14mm

I used this tubing to repair a Cuisinart DCC-3200 Coffee Maker that was just over 2 years old and started leaking from one of the tubes it came with. The original tubing was a dark red rubber/silicon, this silicon tubing is clear and seems to have worked perfectly.I checked local hardware stores and was unable to find tubing of required dimensions and/or food grade.The tubing slipped onto the coffee maker components with a little persuasion and I was able to get the clips over the ends to ensure that they stay put. I ran some tests including a cleaning of the machine and the tubing held up.So the clear tubing met my needs. There is plenty left should I need to do another repair on the other stock tube that came with the machine or if the new tubing develops a leak. Hopefully, the new tubing will last more than the 2 years of the original tubing (seems to be a common problem with Cuisinart coffee makers).I will update the review if/when the new tubing has a any issues. As of now happy with purchase.

Most definitely NOT heat resistant!I bought this to repair an aged coffee maker that had its water tubes degrade after years of daily use.Exactly ONE! brew cycle and this tubing fell apart, water all over the next time I made coffee.Unless your tubing needs specify utter crap, stay far away from this junk.

Have you ever had a coffee pot go bad? Well it’s the two little hoses on the bottom of the machine and this hose will repair it I have three mr. coffees from Walmart and replacing the hoses. And running some vinegar though it and they work like new hope this save you a dollar or two.

I used this product for my favorite coffee maker hose had dry rotted cracked and started to leak all over the counter. Instead of tossing out an expensive coffeemaker I replaced the interior hose. This was absolutely flawless and to this day the coffee is excellent.

Has no odor like some others and is thick. Used it for connecting a water recycler to mouthpiece. Only issue is that its a bit stiff and will kink if the bend is too sharp so it can be clumsy on a delicate setup.

Perfect to replace drinking tube for my water backpack with a more flexible softer version

Used it to make essential oils. Tried a cheaper hose the first time and it didn’t do well with the heat. This one hasn’t lost shape yet
