This was a gift. It made my daughter very happy. It is very pretty, and will do the job. One nice feature is that the dividers are removable to accomodate tea boxes. My reason for 4 stars is that the box is made of very light weight wood. Almost like a balsa wood, the kind models are made of.

This box is so gorgeous and so well-made. Held up so nice. The only downside is I had a hard time getting it open without a knife. And the smell that was that was OK. I mean it was pretty strong and potent, but it wore off after a week.

Der Grund für den Kauf, unsere alte Box hatte eine Plastikscheibe, diese wurde durch Fettspritzer beschädigt, daher können wir vergleichen. Die gelieferte Box ist sehr schön, wie auf der Abbildung, es sind aber zwei Eigenschaften die stören. Die Verriegelung fällt nach dem Öffnen wieder nach unten und bleibt nicht in ihrer Position, das heißt zum Schließen muss diese wieder angehoben werden, wer viel Tee trinkt wird das auf die Dauer stören, wir haben diese deshalb hochgebunden. Das Holz der Box ist sehr leicht und Scharniere und Verschluß machen keinen soliden Eindruck, mal sehen wie lange diese hält.
