Great Multivitamins
I've been taking these multi vitamins for 7 months. I feel great, helped during cold months with colds, did not get sick. Hair and nails are growing and healthy. Energy is better not as tired and fatigue. Very easy to swallow. I take 1 every morning as soon as i wake up. Definitely recommend.

It gives me so much energy and you don’t have to take it everyday, one side effect is for me it will have you eating all day lol

Easy to swallow!
These vitamins are good. I honestly did not always have food before I took them and I had no issues. They are easy to swallow. I feel they are helping me have more energy and just feel good in general. I have bought them several times now and will continue to do so as I am very pleased.

Great Multivitamin that is easily absorbed
I like this multivitamin a great deal. Since it is a capsule, it is more easily absorbed than the hard tablet vitamins I've tried.
