This is a delicious blend of dried ancho, guajillo, chipotle chili peppers, combined with annatto seed, onion, garlic, spices, and herbs. Hubby sprinkles it over his nachos, and I use it to make al pastor - pineapple, pork, and this seasoning!

This seasoning is amazing and it doesn’t have any MSG in it. It goes great on a lot of different meats. I love it on tacos.

It has a good flavor. What I like best is no salt, or sugar for that matter. It allows me to control what I am putting on my food. It is largely just seasoning/herbs and not flavors like salt or sugar. I really like that.
