I'm a 56yr old woman that has had Crohns disease for 36 years. This product is a game changer & I've tried them all. An absolute necessity, pre, pro, & postbiotics are hard to find in one supplement. I was worried about this item being a powder but it surprised me. The flavor is like coconut milk and it dissolves good in cold water.

Haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it works but I do know it doesn’t dissolve. No matter how much you shake it there are gonna be chunks.

Product works well for me and Ive used it now for about one year. This powder version is FAR more effective than the capsule. Lately the product is often either unavailable or then appears with crazy pricing. Looks like I will need to search out a replacement product. Good luck trying to locate the giffinary company. Too bad...

Started using these last year as I was going to be traveling in Peru & pro-biotics were considered a 'must'. Several people on the tour suffered 'tummy problems' - but not me. Have continued to use them for digestive health & am thoroughly convinced of how well they work.

Having been skeptical about the benefits of such products, I have been converted. Within 10 days of taking these, my symptoms have disappeared, and I feel so much more comfortable. They are small, easy to take, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend it.
