BINWUHI Tailgate Liftgate Handle Rear Hatch Latch Door Handle Compatible with 1998-2003 Toyota Sienna, 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia, Replaces OE 69090-08010, 69090-0C080, 79600

Replaced handle and actuator today in my 2002 Sequoia. New part looked like the OEM one. I did have to shave a little bit of sharp molding edges off the inside of the handle but it wasn’t a big deal, it’s something to check before you install it though. Also check threads that the nuts go onto. There were some rough edges and paint blotches that had to be dealt with before installation, otherwise the nut wouldn’t thread onto the handle. Definitely double check that before you go putting everything back together. Now that it’s assembled, handle works great and trunk opens effortlessly. We’ll see how long it lasts, the Toyota one lasted 21 years. I plan on keeping this vehicle forever so I’ll update my review in the future if need be.

supposedly the factory lock actuator fails over time, so might as well replace the entire lock and latch assemblies all at once. good to keep as spare or repair/replacement.

It was easy enough to install, needed to be done twice because of the hooking mechanism.

This part fits yes and works; however it does not seem reliable and I am looking forward to same problem happening in future. I was assuming this was a upgrade quality part. It looks and feels cheap and I would recommend buying a upgrade metal assembly.

Too flimsy to secure and hold cable. Very upsetting considering the amount of effort it takes to replace. I even replaced the actuator at the same time as I heard the handle can brake due to it being bad. Garbage. Don’t buy it.
