Will this fit an eight lug wheel?

I use this on a 2008 GMC Sierra SLT 2500 hd LMM. It has eight lugs per tire

My answer is based on the fact that I was not able to pronounce the location. It appeared to be Chinese.

I do not recall that the mounting bolt was included. The original bolt should work or you can buy one at the hardware store.
