Does the cap have an o ring in the cap ?

Yes. We own at least four of these cans for use around our farm. I had my husband check and there is an o-ring in the cap.

Cannot use a vp can for fuel or gasoline? am i really reading this correctly? or is this just an epa thing?

There may be an EPA issue I am unaware of, but we have been using it successfully with unleaded and ethanol free gasoline for a few weeks.

What are the dimensions, especially height please?

Better than the old red gas cans.

This replaced my 20 year old gas can. It looks to be pretty stout. The brand has a good reputation. So far it works perfect. If it lasts 20 years it’ll outlast me.
