Works--but give it time!
I have been taking this product for several weeks. I just swallow the capsule. I do not open it and put it on my tongue or anything like that. I am not going to say that it makes me not want sugar ever, or that it makes sugar taste gross to me. What is has done is dull my cravings quite a bit. They are not nearly as bad as they were before I started taking this. Also, I have noticed that I do not get as hungry between meals. This did not happen instantly. For me, it took one or two weeks of taking it to start noticing anything.

Great product
I do not eat a lot of sugar in my diet; however, occasionally when we eat a treat out or I want to eat a piece of homemade pie I do not want to miss it! That is where sugar destroyer comes in for me. I take a little out of the capsule, put it on my palm and ingest it. Not a fabulous taste YET it gives a signal to my body that I do not need to eat much sweet to truly satisfy me. I then swallow the capsule and enjoy my treat and my body is happy! I do not keep craving more sweet.I have also used sugar destroyer during the Colorado Cleanse ( an effective cleanse for improving digestion) which curbed my cravings in between meals.

I love LifeSpa products
I love LifeSpa products. From TumericPlus to Gentle Digest to Sugar Destroyer, I have felt the effects of the herbs within a few days. The great thing is that you don't need to take them for long nor take a lot of pills to have an effect on you (nor should you be dependent on herbs or supplements despite what companies try to convince you of).
