Hearts up fast. Don't like how loud it is nor how pans slide all around.

Dissapointing
I was hoping that this combination (induction heater and pan) would have been better than my old style Nonstick Electric Skillet but it was not. It was WAY more expensive. It could not hold 350 degree temperature. It had hot and cold spots when even when warmed up. It was hard not to burn food. I am sure some of the fault was due to me and my inexperience but even after a few times of using it and I could not get it to work well. It is a good idea (induction heating), I just did not like the implementation. I will be going back to my old electric skillet. Sometime old, tried and true, is better.
