When I receive the product it hadAn expiration date that was three months ago.

I’ve been using the Ululige Complete Multivitamins for a month now, with no issues.I’ve been using a multi and hair supplement separately and thought it would be nice to have both in one place. I haven’t noticed any difference in my hair or how I feel, so I’d say that’s a good thing. I may actually have some new hair growth, it’s hard to tell this soon, but I do seem to have more “baby hairs” around my hair line.Just check to make sure the vitamins in this multivitamin are what you need and in the amounts you need. I have a chronic illness that causes me to need more of some of these. I really don’t want to take more than 3 huge vitamins in a day. Speaking of which, these vitamins are pretty big, see my photo for size reference.I don’t see anywhere on the bottle that this is third party tested. I don’t like to take supplements that aren’t 3rd party tested, there are too many supplements out there that don’t have what they say are in them. So these supplements are a no for me.I hope this review has been helpful.

I believe that patience is the name of the game with this supplement. It is nice to have a combination of a hair supplement and multivitamin in one. The pill is rather huge. That hasn't been an issue for me, as I could swallow it no problem, but if you're somebody who struggles to swallow larger pills you might have problems with this one. The recommended amount to take is about three a day. After a few weeks I have noticed a little bit of a difference in hair production, and so from that perspective I would say I'm rather pleased with it. These types of things do take time however, so it would be a good idea to continue taking it for a prolonged period of time to see any great benefit. What I will say, is that the early signs are promising. I don't rely on this entirely as my only source for vitamin supplementation, but it is nice that it can provide a good source of vitamins as well. All in all I would say it's worth a try, but sometimes these type of supplementation products will have different effects for different people. I can only tell you anecdotally, that for me it is showing some early promising signs of hair regrowth.

To be honest I can’t tell whether or not this product worked. I’m curious to see if I need a second bottle before I begin to notice real results. The pills are big, but easy enough to swallow. I’ll update if I see results, but for now I give it 3 stars.

This vitamin requires you to take 3 a day which can be a pain since they are bigger but it is a few vitamins in one bottle which is nice. Normally I take a multi-vitamin, biotin, zinc and a few others all separately - this way I can just buy one bottle although I still need 3 pills. Haven't noticed a difference which I take as a good sign that there is nothing wrong.

This is a good supplement. I like all the added proprietary blends that are unique. The directions say to take a few each day but I rotate them with my other supplements to assure my body gets all it needs, not just from one source. **Thanks for reading my review & hope that it helps make your decision easier**
