Rust-Oleum 249070 Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint, 12 oz, Satin Nutmeg

Great paint, shake it up before you use it. It's a nice gloss, white comes out easily. It makes a thick coverage without only using a little bit. It's a very good price. It also does a very good job at covering thick, ugly stains on your ceiling or even rust stains. It sticks to metal , drywall and plastic , even wood easily. I would purchase this again.This is a great product , and I would recommend it! Has it beautiful glow about it! I painted that shelf bracket, the board that's holding the shelf bracket and then the long skinny flatboard going along the back of the wall. This is a beautifully colored paint, shake it up really good. If you push too lately and it comes out in spurts, you have to push with medium amount of force, and you have to move your hand back-and-forth. At a pretty quick, steady pace. So you will not get too much in one area. I couldn't have chosen a better color. Ordered more

This is my absolute FAVORITE outdoor paint. I have a ton of iron sets that have rusted, paint faded and look bad and with this paint I have been able to make them look new again. And I’m just ONE step as it has primer in it already. It stops the rust from spreading and lasts even exposed to rain and hot sunny days. The other GREAT thing about this paint is that it comes in so so many wonderful colors! This is my 6th different color using this paint. I decided to do the kids their own fun table and chair set by the pool. Turned out so cute! Love it.

We absolutely love this paint color. Every 3 to 4 years we use it to touch up our vintage expanded metal outdoor table and it always turns out beautiful. The color is classic, clean, and matches our wicker furniture perfectly. It sprays evenly, covers well, and holds up nicely outdoors over time. We keep coming back to this same color because it just looks so good on our patio furniture.

This spray paint is basically a unicorn. I can’t find this color in any hardware store around here, but it’s exactly what I needed—perfect warm tone that gives total gingerbread vibes (yes, that is absolutely a color category in my brain now). It sprays evenly, covers well, and the finish looks great once it dries. Honestly, it was worth ordering just to avoid the endless aisle wandering and still not finding “the right shade.” Five stars for color perfection, good coverage, and for being the exact oddly specific tone I didn’t know I was looking for.

Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover in Satin Clear is a great protective topcoat spray. I used it over a painted surface to add a protective satin finish, and the results were excellent. The spray pattern is smooth and even, which made it easy to apply without drips or runs. The satin sheen is subtle and professional-looking — not too glossy and not flat. It dries quickly, which was helpful for multi-coat projects. The 2X formula does provide notably better coverage than cheaper alternatives I've tried. I used it on both wood and metal surfaces with great results. The can lasts a while when used correctly. Good value for a protective clear coat from a trusted brand.

Color: I love the oregano! It's slightly darker than sage, slightly brighter/less gray than olive. Paint: Shake REALLY well, press the button all the way down at all times, or you can wind up with texture from the paint and the color won't come out even throughout the use of the can. One trick I started to use was if there was an over-spray with dripping or bubbling, I QUICKLY used my finger to spread it out and it still dried nicely. Once I got the hang of this specific color and paint, it was much easier to use and get the result I was looking for. (For reference, I've used quite a few other colors from this company, but for some reason the oregano was a little harder to get right at first. Worth it though!) So far this is working well, but my outdoor furniture items haven't been exposed to rain or snow yet. I used with on a metal and glass table (the underside of the glass) with just dirt removal as prep, it went on nicely and dried/set with a lovely sheen that's not shiny-glossy. I also painted plastic risers for the table legs with no prep. So far it's adhering well to everything. For one of my other projects, I painted a wicker egg chair with a lot of prep, (scrub with deterrent and dry for a day, Rustolrum's gray spray primer then dry for another day before paint), this also looks great with a gentle sheen. I also previously painted a metal shed with this paint, that had more of a mixed result, but the cans had been sitting in my basement for 6 months and I may not have shaken them enough prior to use. That project came out botchy until I got the hang of using this paint, and a you can see in the photo, one door is still blotchy because I haven't gone back to it. If it doesn't hold up, I'll update the listing, but so far I'm really happy with the results after getting over the learning curve.

Easy to use. Light layers work best. Sealed and painted a rusty and chipping trellis with this and now it matches my roof and blends in.

This is quite costly for the quantity. But the finish and the colour are very neat and bright. The finish is really good. So if you don’t bother about the price and only the quality matters to you then you can definitely go ahead.

Good product... I used it on decoloured plastic objects and the paint adhered to the surface very well. Also used it on metal item and it was wonderful...
