Quality wise how do they compare to Capezo?

They are about the same...I don't know about your dancer, but this one goes through her tights! Especially in the toe area...but they are the same in quality...as Capezo.

Can these be worn with just a shirt? (Is the bottom thick like leggings or see through like tights?

They are thicker but are somewhat see thru. I would imagine you'd need a skirt or dress. Or dance clothes.

Are these ballet tights for girls holes and snags easily?

The 3 pairs I bought currently do not have these problems.
