Nice pen, but be careful - it looks deadly!
Nice pen. It writes well and looks killer. It has a set of rubber O-rings in the cap to keep it water-tight, which is cool for when you're doing your Navy SEAL ops and you have to infiltrate through the ocean. You'll be able to rise up out of the water, stick the bad guys in the throat, then still fill out your check at the grocery store later that evening. One thing to note: they may let you carry this onto an airplane, but they sure don't let you take it into a court room. It's "classified as a deadly weapon". Roll eyes. At least I talked them into letting me put it back in my car. Like really, who is going to jump up and try to attack a judge with a pen, when there's a bailiff sitting right there with a handgun on his hip? Come on, rent-a-cop.Anyway, it's a very nice looking pen and I like to show it off to people everywhere I go. The ladies have been less than impressed so far, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop trying.

Overall I am happy with the pen, the fine point pen is terrible, but its easy to replace and fix!
I like the pen a lot, it feels good in the hand, its pretty solid. I wish the cap would fit on the end of the pen while I'm writing but its not that big of a deal for me. The fine point tip was awful, the ink barley came out and it was just awful to write with... then I went to staples and picked up a refill with a medium point tip and it became a GREAT Pen! If you are buying this to have a tactical pen thats easy to refill then buy with confidence. If you are looking to use this pen to write with daily, then go to staples and get a better refill. Its worth it.

A winner
Great product. I have bought numerous tactical pens. This is one the best I’ve seen, finished much nicer than my over $100 Benchmade tactical pen. Many tactical pens do not have a good point for piercing many being more designed as a kubotan this is one of the better stabbers I’ve seen. I only have one tactical pen made better for piercing but is made of solid steel so it weighs a ridiculous amount if you actually want to use it as a writing instrument, this is an aluminum pen but at the end you have a glass breaker which is a much better striking surface than having an aluminum point. The only negative I found is that this pen’s O-ring was a little oversized making it harder than it should of been to screw on the cap, so I simply removed the ring and it’s been functioning fine, I haven’t had any problems with the cap coming unscrewed due to the lack of the O-ring.

A Good Idea, But Needs a Bit More Refining
I have just received the pen and used it for a couple of days, so these are my first impressions.I like the way the pen writes and the weight feels good in the hand. The pocket clip seams to be secure and holds the pen firmly in the pocket. I purchased the orange one and like the color. It stands out from the millions of black & blue pens in the world. Now for the things I am not so excited about. The finish of the pen has a slightly rough feeling that does not feel great when writing. The only other thing that doesn't work for me is the cap. When you unscrew it to use the pen, you can not secure it on the back of the pen ( they need to thread the back of the pen so you can secure the cap to the back) otherwise the taper of the pen causes it to sit funny in my hand and the length is rather short as well.

Coworkers covet this pen
I have a medium-to-large hand and I hate skinny pens - they make my hand cramp up. This pen is thick enough to be really comfortable, takes a commonly available refill, and looks more expensive than it is. I didn’t need or even like the glass-breaker tip (picks & pokes holes in my shirt pocket), so I’ve cut it off and ground/sanded that end smooth (shiny aluminum round end). It’s humorous that folks in my office think this pen is “special”!

Very good tactical pen for the price ... not as comfortable to hold as a normal pen
The groves at the end where your fingers will be grasping it are deep and unpadded, so keep that in mind if you are writing for long hours with this. I love the smooth rolling replaceable ink cartridge.

Nice writing pen
Is built well wrights very nice. The only downside is you lose the cap when writing normaly you would put on back side of pen, but it doesn't fit or screw on. So more of a desk pen for me.

Nice looking pen and tactical tool
Nice looking pen and tactical tool. Problem with Cap staying on when using as pen, but I can live with it.. Needs a little redesign. But production redesigns cost money. For the price a good tool.... The Parker type pen cartridge is excellent... easy to replace... Thanks...
