Beautiful, well-made rolling backpack!
Beautiful rolling backpack in my daughter's favorite color (purple). Seems to be very well made. My daughter needs a large backpack as her school only has lockers for the high schoolers, so she has to carry all of her books, notebooks, etc. in addition to keeping her basketball uniform and an extra set of clothes inside for baskeball practice if need be. Last year was hard on her as she didn't have a rolling backpack, however, I already had her put all of her stuff in it and it all fits very easily. The inside is very spacious with a lot of compartments to organize supplies. Wheels are quiet and glide smoothly. The adjusting handle fits her height as my 9 yr old is very tall. She loves her new backpack, however, I will review how the bag holds up after she actually starts school as she is hard on backpacks and her class is upstairs. Hopefully this bag lasts the entire year. Update: Loved daughter bag soo much I decided to order one for myself in a different color. It came and was nowhere near same quality as the one ordered for my daughter. Stitching was loose, handle wiggly and base was stitched on crooked, wheels were not even or same size....and it was smaller. It also cost more than my daughter's bag. So I guess it is luck of the draw. I'm very disappointed so it will be returned.

Love color
Nice and strong. Mistook the size as it is big for me. But good quality.

Short handle life
I purchased this because I’m a college student who likes to carry my print textbooks to class and I have back problems which makes carrying it on my back difficult. This was slightly smaller than I hoped for, but I had trouble finding a larger, quality bag on wheels. I used this bag for classes 4 days a week for about 5 months. Then, suddenly one day, I grabbed it to go to class and the handle (to drag it on wheels and the sole reason I purchased this bag) just completely came out. I tried to reconnect it and noticed the small metal pin that adjusts the height was missing. I looked all around the bag and couldn’t find the piece. I had to switch to using it as a regular backpack as I didn’t have time to see if I could make one of my old roller bags work. 5 months is a really short time for this bag to be functioning. My first roller bag was a “shopping bag” on wheels and lasted for 10 years of intermittent use. (Roughly 1 year of daily use as I used it for about 2 months before I dropped out of school and then used it for about the first 2 years after I went back to school.) Since this bag cost twice as much, I expected to get at least a good 2 years of heavy use from it.

Almost a perfect bag
We love this bag! 2 things would have made this an easy 5 stars. The clips where the shoulder straps attach are a virus horrid design. Once the straps are clipped in, you'll never get them unclipped. At least it is easy to lengthen the straps to still tuck them away when using the rollers.Only other thing that would make this bag better is if there were a cover for the wheels so if they are filthy, I wouldn't have to worry about them soiling my daughter's clothes. The pockets are excellent, zippers are strong, beautiful fabric, wheels roll easily ( although they are a little noisy).

Very good quality, and as a result, little bit heavy
My daughter loves this backpack, it's really cute and big enough for everything she needs to put in it, including her insulated lunch bag and a sweatshirt. She rolls it and does not wear it on her back using the shoulder straps because that would be very uncomfortable with the telescoping handle mechanism pressed to her back. It is a bit heavy, and obviously more so when it's loaded with a binder and books. The backpack itself is heavy but I can't be mad at that because I feel like that's what makes it so durable and good quality. The telescoping handle is not flimsy - its solid, doesn't wobble, and moves very smoothly. Also, the bottom of the backpack is a durable plastic that can get beat up pretty bad, so no worries about the bottom of the backpack ripping. The weight wouldn't be an issue for me if my daughter's classroom wasn't on the 2nd floor. But all things considered it's perfect for what we needed, which was a rolling backpack so she wouldn't have to carry the weight of her books on her back.
