Is a Replacement pad available yet!

Dear Walktts, we have specialized in manufacturing alternative mattress pads, but the US Customs requires certification that the cotton used to manufacture these mattress pads is not from Xinjiang, otherwise it cannot be imported, but we do not have the required documents to prove it. So maybe next year, our replacement mattress pad can be sold in the United States.

Reviewers said have to add water every night — so where does the water go?

You put water in the top of the unit. It evaporates as it is being used. The warmer it is in the house (and outside), the more water it uses to cool. We are having 90+ degree days here , and I am having to add more water each day. I don't mind one bit though, because it keeps me cool

Can this cooling unit be set on the floor like under the nightstand?

there are specific instructions for setting the unit below the mattress. I did not use it this way.

Will you be selling a small pad to use on just a pillow? I don't want a pad to cover the whole bed. Just need one for a pillow.

It’s probably about 2 1/2 ft from to bottom and a slight bit wider than a king size bed. All I’m aware of.
