I get headaches and sinus issues often and this has helped immensely. I like that it has a soft covered side for bare skin and the normal side. The velcro belt is what sold it for me. I even bought a second one to trade out with when one thaws out. Highly recommend.

Really helps with sinus headaches.

This gel bead migraine wrap definitely helps take the edge off when my head is hurting. The cooling effect feels really soothing on the forehead and around the temples, especially if you keep it in the fridge beforehand. It wraps comfortably around the head and stays in place pretty well, which makes it easy to relax while wearing it. Might be a little less flexible, when out of the fridge. The only thing I wish was a little better is the plushness of the material. It works, but it could feel softer and more cushioned against the skin. If it had a bit more padding or plush fabric, it would make the experience even more comfortable. Good price nonetheless. Overall, it still does what it’s supposed to do and provides nice cooling relief for headaches or migraines.

I vas very ill recently and my head was pounding. I also had a neck injury. I used this pack for my head and neck. I didn’t have to hold it still because of the Velcro strap. I felt way more comfortable and I know this helped my swelling go down. It stays in our freezer ready for use.

Although I like the function of these frozen headbands, I have found them to be frustrating for the amount of use i would like to get out of them. I use them to soothe migraines, which is needed with unfortunate frequency. I have purchased 2, but even with putting one in the freezer while wearing the other, I can never really keep cold enough for long enough. I always end up disappointed. Additionally, they are very hard to keep clean as part of it is cloth, but they are not machine washable. I have switched to a different product that is easier to keep clean.
