No, I would say it wouldn’t work with holding a phone with a very thick case.

is there a customer support email? the adhesive on circular disk is gone; and suction no longer works. used it for about 3 months now and its junk.

I discovered If you rinse the "suction" cup with water, it may work again. My problem now is how to get the d*mn thing OFF my windshield. I click the buttom that takes pressure off the suction... But the sticky stays put! Won't budge! Ugh!!!

Can it be removed from windshield and reused later?

I haven’t needed to take it off so i don’t know the answer but the sticky pad normally can’t be reused so the easiest thing is to get a new sticky pad.

Allyou need to do is get something sturdy, I would use a screwdriver, and put it at the edge of the suction cup and push in just a little, that should break the seal that it has on the windshield.
