This brand is Non-GMO, Gluten Free and Hypoallergenic, all the characteristics that are necessary for a good product. Its challenging to determine the effectiveness of minerals until there are noticeable improvements in hair, nail and skin conditions, and overall health. This supplement was selected based on the brand, certifications and manufacturing location. The capsules are made of cellulose and don't have fillers or binders like Magnesium Stearate. For myself, its also important not to exceed the recommended requirements due to potential toxicity. My only concern with these capsules was the higher levels of Chromium and Molybdenum, which may fall in the category of excess, maybe not for some, but definitely for myself. I tried them for about a week until I noticed that something was slightly off. So I began reviewing these components. I started using this after a month of severely overdoing it at the sauna - I went everyday, sometimes twice a day, for 45 minutes each on high settings.
