This is a great travel neck pillow. When you take it out of the bag it looks small and lumpy but don’t let that fool you. This is very soft and comfy. Not one of those big bulky memory foam travel pillows. Can adjust to left or right or straight on. Alleviates tech neck too. Will use it for air and car travel. Heck I’m wearing it around the house-it supports my head and neck! Feels great! Even my pup likes it!

bought and returned several neck pillows, for prepping a trip to europe and back. this was the winner. it wraps up like a snake. you can wrap it a variety of ways to get it just right. it comes with a travel pouch -- that has a strap - so you can attach it to the outside of your carry on. I like that it doesn't feel like a neck brace. it's also washable. it was a good choice and was very useful when trying to sleep on the plane. Not too bulky.

I had seen these overlapping, wrap-around style pillows, but they all said, they fit up to 18 inch necks, I have a 17-1/2” neck so I was worried there would be very little Velcro holding it together while wrapped around my neck. Then I found this pillow and it said the XL it fits necks 16 inches and larger. It fits my neck great and with this pillow wrapped around my neck, my head tilts forward maybe 1 inch max. This is a keeper.

Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.Pros:- Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.- The fabric feels very soft and plush. It's comfortable against your skin.- It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn't flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.- Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.Cons:- Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.- The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.- Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It's a delicate balance to find the right snugness.- The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not perfect and it doesn't last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn't as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. I used this for my 100 year old mother whose neck goes limp when she sleeps in the recliner. We were going to make something and we found this and it is wonderful for her.. it’s very soft to the touch but it is firm enough for head support. It

Took a minute to get used to the weight and it’s a bit warm. Love it now. Yes it every night and I sleep so much better. Even use it to sleep soundly on planes. It doesn’t matter who has their window open or light on. I can sleep on my schedule.

Love the pillow and was very comfy. However, I’ve only had it a couple weeks and the seam is torn. The website for product support doesn’t work and I’m not taking time to send it back. I’ll fix myself and deal with it. But be warned quality might not be great. But the pillow is very comfy and the best neck pillow I’ve used.
