This Saturday Lime is a fantastic product for use in and around a chicken coop! Apply once monthly to keep pesty insects from moving into your coop and bothering your chickens. This product also helps control moisture and odor. I just purchased a strainer to help me apply it easier. I would say that might be one thing we could ask for is an easy way to apply it. I do like the scoop that came in our last bag! We will continue using this product. Sometimes I order straight from the company.

I use this product so my chicken farm doesn’t smell like a chicken farm! This is the best product I’ve found in many years! You can use to combat flies and other insects, but the best thing is the smell! This stuff will get rid of any smell and is not harmful to plants or animals! I love it !!

I use to buy a lot of barn lime to try and control the smell and flies in my livestock pens and it seemed to only work for a short period of time.First Saturday Lime is a little more expensive than barn lime but it is worth it. Since I started using it, I has helped manage insects in my garden, it keeps the flies and smells to a minimum around my livestock, I put it in my chicken dirt bath area and just about anywhere I can on my homestead. I use 1/2 as much of this as I did regular barn lime and it works so much better.

Really cuts down the smells in coop and helps keep my nest cleaner and fresher. As hens go in nest they get this on them as they scratch. Safe for my birds for sure
