Surprisingly good.
Tried this on my desk before trying it on my sup or kayak..... wow, it will keep my full 20oz hydro flask mug

It prevents most spills but does not hold up through everything
Not bad for the money, but it doesn't hold up as well as the video suggests. I use it on my paddle board and as long as the board is completely horizontal my cup will not spill, even when bumped. But with the slighted tilt to the board and the cup (and suction ring) are on the ground!

Stays on a wet SUP board!
This little thing works great, I use it to hold beverages to my SUP board while I’m out on the lake or rivers. Really great!
