RSKVA Black Mamba Round Chandelier (400 MM) Glass

I received the product in good condition, with the exception of one damaged crystal glass. Overall, the quality seems good. However, I will need to evaluate the LED light performance after using it for a few months.One issue I encountered is the lack of detailed assembly instructions. It took some time to figure out the construction, particularly the center LED lights and the wiring. I recommend studying the provided material thoroughly, and I suggest closely examining my photos as they can be helpful in assembling the product.

Looking nice but after 1 month lights not working

So elegant but two crystals were missing

Bought this product over a month ago and still have not been able to hang it up.The product is very bad.- Missing screw! More details after this list.- Two of the golden metal poles had screws positioned at wrong places. I had to break the screw and glue it together at the right place myself.- The top triangular cover was damaged and bent.- The crystal pins are very thin. They come off and break easily. Twice when I was holding the chandelier by the metal chain, some crystals fell down.The worst thing is that only two screws (the ones used for connecting chains and hanging) were provided instead of three. We were not able to hang it. I contacted their number and they asked me for proof, I sent the pics. They said they'd send the missing screw and asked for address. After a few weeks and a few reminders, they tell me to purchase a pack of their chandelier crystals and only then they'd send the screw. Very bad tactics. I agreed because otherwise it'd be a waste. Waited a long while and now they have cancelled the order for the crystals too, and they are not responding at all. They were probably waiting for the return window to close so we won't be able to return the product!
