Great customer service, beautiful rug
I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size and the order was already in the shipping stage. The vendor worked with me to halt the shipping. I then ordered the correct size. The person was very professional, courteous and assuring. You don't find this type of customer service often anymore.P.s. love the rug and like others commented, it's pretty flat as soon as it is laid. With the other decor, the carpet adapts a Moroccan flair. Love it
