Good heat protection!
Good heat protection. Not so good for dexterity. Liner makes it much more comfortable.. washable if you don’t get the nasty inside. Maybe then also but wouldn’t recommend it.

Great product
Great product for keeping grill cooked food warm but not actually on the fire while waiting for it to be served to guest. Easy to clean with just dish soap and water.

They catch on fire or the grease from meat does!
They trap the grease on top so it has no where to go but the mat catches on fire. Safety hazard. Returning my purchase!

Nice Mat, Really Expensive
This is a nice grill mat, very sturdy, and it works just fine. The coating is truly non-stick; my first trial with it was cooking my version of "street corn" with spices and cheese, and it cleaned very easily. The heat transmitted through the mat evenly, and the corn came out perfect.I have to say, though, that it didn't perform noticeably better than the ones I have been using, which cost about $15 for six of them. That is a unit cost of $2.50 versus $23 for this mat. It probably will hold up better than the less expensive ones, but it seems doubtful that it will last nearly ten times as long as each one of them.I guess I was under the impression when I ordered these that it was a package of two grill mats. At $22.99, I thought that was pretty expensive for two mats, but if they were as heavy-duty as they claim to be they could be worth it. The title on the packaging is plural, "Grill Mats," which is probably what misled me, although to be fair, a prominent subtitle does say, "Set of 1 standard size (15.75x13) grill mat." So shame on me for not reading carefully enough, but $23 for one mat seems really expensive. It does come with a little bag to store it in, which is cute, but to me that's not really worth the price.So bottom line, this is a very fine product with a very high price tag. There are much less costly alternatives.
