Does this have a built in screen protector?

No. But you can get a 4 pack for 10 or 12 bucks like I did and protect your entire watch with the combination.

is this compatible with your tempered glass product?

I have a screen protector on my watch and this does not interfere in any way

Does it trap moisture and sweat and such? that may cause moisture damage to the watch in case I forgot to take the watch out to clean once in a while.

The watch is ip68 water resistant (essentially waterproof) so if your concern is the inside of the watch corroding over time, I wouldn't be concerned about it. Would definitely take it out every now and then and clean as others have mentioned.
